Description of  Heat Shrinkable Closure

Infosis Heat shrinkable Closures (RSBJ 550 & RSBA 1000) are easy to install and provide excellent mechanical and environmental protection for cable joints even in adverse conditions.

Infosis supplies the Reinforced Heat Shrinkable Closures both for non-pressurized copper cables (RSBA550) and pressurized copper cables(RSBJ 1000). The sleeves are in wraparound form and comes along with stainless steel channels.

Infosis kits are supplied with aluminium canister / performed liner along with other components required to make a complete joint. Branch joints can also be made by using the three finger Branch off clips.

  • Easy to install.
  • Unlimited Shelf life.
  • Excellent environmental & mechanical protection.
  • Can be used for direct buried, duct, underground cables , aerial cables, jelly filled or dry cables.
  • Upto 3 cables on each side can be branched by using branch off clips.
  • Re-entry and re-closing of joints is possible.
